Frequently Asked Questions

When ordering sandwich platters, we suggest that you order 1 1/2 sandwiches per person.  If you are purchasing nibbles as well, one sandwich per person should be ample.

When ordering nibbles, we suggest that you order 8-12 pieces per person.  If you are purchasing sandwiches and/or platters as well, 6-8 nibbles per person should be ample.

If you are still unsure, please ask one of our friendly staff for advise.

2. Are all of you nibbles healthy and low in fat?
We try to keep all of our nibbles as healthy and low fat as possible.  We also have a number of gluten free and vegetarian options for those with unique dietary requirements.  We believe you deserve a break from oil ridden fried finger food!

There are however, a few naughty treats in our menu (for example, our mini cupcakes-yum).  So, if you are watching your waistline, please feel free to ask us what your healthier options are.  We are more than happy to guide you.

3.  Do you make your catering yourself?
All of our nibbles are made from scratch, fresh in our kitchen for each catering order.  The are our own recipes, so if you have any special dietary requirements, or would like a change made to the ingredients of a certain item, we are more than happy to accommodate this,  You can let us know by discussing your needs with one of our friendly staff.

4.  Do you provide staff as well?
We do have professional staff available to see that food is circulated and that your event runs smoothly.  Staff are hired out for a minimum of 4 hours at $18.00 per hour.  If you are having a large function and want to ensure half empty platters aren't left sitting for hours and the people who just won't move off that couch aren't starving - we're there to help!

5. What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made in cash, by cheque or by direct deposit (7 day account).  If you wish to pay by direct deposit, we will forward you an invoice with the bank details outlined.
